With bright eyes, a lot of young people have thanked me for these stories. From my first degree in science and philosophy, I have always loved science and how it works, loved the stories of discovery, genius, hard work, conflict and breakthroughs. From my life and studies in Christian faith (MA Oxford, PhD Charles Sturt), I am disturbed by the cries of those who seem to know little of the history and philosophy of science and even less of faith, declaring an endless antagonism between the two. They could be wrong. So let these profiles tell the story.
I am a Christian chaplain at the University of Western Australia, a justice activist who loves to take people on retreat in the majestic deserts of Australia. That's because God is very big and very small. I am married with three adult children, and I admit there are a few people who tell me I am a coffee snob. . Contact me on ian.robinson@uwa.edu.au
